About Us

Lillian’s List Foundation was created in 2020.  Through our Trainings and Programs, we help women:

• Understand the political process and issues impacting reproductive freedom and gender equity.

• Build leadership skills in fundraising, public speaking,  campaign strategy, and more.

• Gain confidence and connections to step into public  roles, whether as candidates, campaign staff, or community advocates.

The Foundation’s goal is to create a strong, diverse pipeline of women leaders ready to run for and win elected office at every level—starting in local government and moving up to the legislature—so that North Carolina’s leadership truly reflects its people.
