Win with Women Candidate Training

This training is designed for women across North Carolina who are ready to step up and run for office.
This program equips the next generation of changemakers with the skills, strategies, and confidence needed to lead. Participants will expand their networks, master the essentials of fundraising and compliance, craft powerful personal narratives, and dive deep into building field strategies, paid communications, and effective Get Out the Vote efforts. They’ll also learn how to harness social media to amplify their campaigns and connect authentically with their communities.

Get Local! Leadership Training
Our Get Local! Training is a one-day program for women interested in running for municipal offices like Mayor, City/Town Council, and County Commissioner. With the filing deadline approaching, it’s more important than ever to prepare pro-choice women with the tools to lead in their communities. Many women who have stepped into local office have used it as a springboard to even greater leadership opportunities – this is the first step toward that journey!
